Nashville Day 2 (Sunday)

We had a full day today! We started the day in Lebanon and checked out of our hotel from last night (the CMA’s finished up in Nashville today, so we couldn’t get a hotel in town until tonight). We worshipped at Brentwood Baptist and our students took part in the Lord’s Supper during the service. After church we drove to the Nolensville community which is where Life Community Church (LCC) is located. Our students ate lunch and then canvassed neighborhoods with flyers for our block party and LCC. We had a fun afternoon of fellowship at a block party with hot dogs, popcorn, and inflatables. Our Student Choir performed and did an amazing job! We ended the night with worship led by Brett Rutledge (our Summer Camp Worship Leader) and teaching from Jay Watson (Pastor of LCC). We checked into our new hotel that will be our home base for the rest of the week. Thank you for your prayers!
